周末雅思考情回顾！换题季场，听力你拿捏住了吗？

听力部分

 

雅思听力环节的整体难度较高。Part 1和Part 4依旧是笔记填空的形式。Part 1的答案词中规中矩，但须留意Part 1出现了好几题数字考点。Part 4答案词则有较多非高频考词，如friction, trays, insulation等，让大家措手不及。很多考生反应是这些词的音似形似的雷同词，如fiction, trey和isolation等。这也给我们打了预防针，背记单词时还需结合背景，对eyes/ice/isles, hostel/hostile/hustle, brake/break/brick, memos/mammals等这些形音相似词尤为注意。Part 2出现了几家欢喜几家愁的地图题，且为室内图，相对来说范围和路线较固定，但不留神也会迷失。Part 3则再次出现多题型叠加的形式，需对不同题型的考点和技巧及时调整。

剑桥系列中有很多报课、申请社团俱乐部的Part 1可供大家练习。留意结合相应背景去熟悉此类场景下的常见答案词，如coach和medal都和体育俱乐部有直观联系。当然还须留意medal和metal的区分以及coach的另一个意思“长途巴士”。

Part 2题型: 单选+地图

Part 2考到了酒店调研背景。剑桥17 Test 4 Part 2也是酒店场景，大家可以借用来练习。选择题考到了常规的时间限定、程度限定等，能否快速识别题干也能对做题带来帮助。室内地图题在剑桥11中有2篇，剑桥16中也出现了。对室内图常用的corridor、corner、crossing to the far side of...等表达需具备快速反应。

Part 3背景: 选课讨论

Part 3题型: 填空+单选+匹配

Part 3需要我们对双方或多方的信息持续关注，且留意反驳或多回合讨论等陷阱。Part 3若出现填空，信息出现速度会快于Part 4的笔记填空。Part 3选择题涉及到常规的题干人物区分、程度等。匹配题是对课程的一些看法，不仅有替换考点，也会涉及到态度的表达。大家可借助剑桥17 Test 1 Part 3的匹配来巩固。

Part 4题型: 笔记填空

Part 4的历史类背景也逐渐增多，和生物、科技等高频背景一样需要重视。35题答案词insulation在剑桥9 Test 3 Part 4出现过哦。fabric、flexible等也是选择题等题干或选项中的高频词。在平时练习时，我们也可借助其他题型来可以训练背景和考点意识，便于日后考场上用起来呢。

分享一道新季度难点题目：

Describe a traditional festival in your country

传统节日是雅思考试中常考的基本内容，在这道话题中我们大部分同学会被传统部分影响，缺少对于传统习俗的表达描述, 但是口语part 1 part 2话题本质考察是日常内容表达，所以除了在传统习俗如 收春节的 放鞭炮 set off the fire crackers 收红包 receive the red packet from elderly, 贴春联 decorate door with spring couplets 或者端午节 赛龙舟dragon boat race 以及元宵节 看灯展 lantern exhibition 等外 更多要结合自己熟悉的日常方面，如享受传统美食, dumpling 饺子, rice pudding 粽子， rice dumpling 元宵或者自己家乡的传统美食从准备到享用，甚至于家人相聚聊天或者打牌等日常内容扩展即可，重点要有自己的切身经历能够更好扩展细节。

小作文：动态折线图 四种面包，2001-2005几年间价格的变化

这种应该是最简单的小作文了，剑桥真题上有很多诸如此类的类型（如C7 T2），大家只需要按照总体的趋势来分段即可。但是决定大家到底TA 停在6还是7的话，是取决于大家有没有很好做到组间对比，比如说 说谁的价格最低/最高。

大作文：

Some people believe the purpose of education is to prepare individuals to be useful to society. Others say the purpose of education is to achieve personal ambitions. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

有些人认为教育的目的是为了培养个体以便为社会做出贡献。另一些人则认为教育的目的是实现个人的抱负。讨论这两种观点并发表你自己的意见。

对于教育目的的题目，其实考过蛮多次的，上次出现是在去年的2022/06/15，以同意与否的形式出现。Some people think the main purpose of school is to turn children into good citizens and workers, rather than to benefit them as individuals. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

聊一个东西的目的，可以从行为出发，一些人会认为教育中物理化等科目就是单纯帮助学生来achieve personal ambition的，另外一些人会认为这些课程给学生赋能的同时，教育中的一些爱国主义活动，更多的是引导他们在毕业之后进入社会各行各业，对社会做贡献。

主旨句推荐如下：

On the one hand, those who advocate for the societal role of education believe that its primary purpose is to prepare individuals to be productive members of society.

On the other hand, proponents of the personal ambition view contend that education should primarily focus on helping individuals achieve their personal goals and aspirations instead of being solely utilitarian.

暑假两个月的雅思考试结束了，总体来说，阅读部分7月难，8月初中等，8月末偏向简单。9月的场阅读考试人数骤减，题型配比常规，难度逐篇递增，p3难度较大，三篇都为旧题，但都是近年新出的，尤其是p2p3，为21年和22年的次新题。

分析：p1正好是笔者曾经在正式雅思考试中曾经考过的一篇，依稀还是有印象的。文章大意为澳大利亚的某种害虫的幼虫啃食澳大利亚甘蔗的根，为了解决这种问题，澳大利亚从北美引入了cane toad，但事实证明cane toad的引入却是种失败，不但没有解决问题，反而成为了入侵物种破坏了当地生物的栖息地。题型和文章都比较常规，总体难度不大。

分析：第三篇文章是一篇22年末的新题，内容上是关于南美洲Patagonia 巴塔哥尼亚的考古研究。8月的p3考了多长句首配句尾，所以p3考了选词填空可以说是预料之内了。 这组选词填密集考察了考古的地点，而且都不是英语名，所以比较考验考生的耐心。
