    简爱
    简爱英文简介:
Jane Eyre: Written by C Bronte
Introduction and Notes by Dr. Sally Minogue, College of the University of the Churches in Canterbury.
Jane Eyre is one of Britain’s greatest and most popular novels. Although this poor but brave heroine looks ordinary, but she has an indomitable spirit, keen wisdom and great courage. She was forced to confront a brutal Guardian, a demanding employer and a rigid social order. When she became a governess to the mysterious, cynical, and charming daughter of Mr. Rochester, all this limited her life and status.
However, there is great kindness and warmth in this epic love story set in the Yorkshire moors.
    简爱英文读后感 (一)
Jane Eyre is a poor but aspiring little but soul-vague but self-respecting girl. After a long trip about the spirit of Jane Eyre, we closed the cover of the book, and a great character left us with much to recall and think about:
We remember her kindness: for a lost arm, blind person, because she despises her ordinary, even the past deeply hurt her people.
We remember her quest for justice. Like a good companion. But a virtuous man should promote one good, and must check the other evil.
We remember her self-esteem and her clear position on equality. In her opinion, at the feet of God, everyone is the same. Despite differences in status, property and appearance, all people are equal in personality.
We also remember her struggle for life, her tenacity and confidence.
When we think about this girl, what she gives us is not a pretty face or a transcendent quality that we deeply admire, but the immense charm of her personality.
In fact, she was not beautiful, of course, and her plain appearance did not please others, not even her own aunt. Others even thought she was easy to look down upon and make fun of, so when Miss Inghram met Jane Eyre, she was contemptuous because she was clearly much more beautiful than the “Ugly homely governess”. But as the little governess said, do you think that because I am poor, nameless, ordinary, and small, I have no soul, no heart? You’re wrong. That’s Jane Eyre’s idea of equality. God did not give her beauty and wealth, but gave her a kind heart and a thinking mind. She impressed us with her equality and self-esteem, and made us feel the power in her body.
    简爱英文读后感(二)
When we think of this girl, what she gives us is not a beautiful face or a detached temperament that we deeply admire, but the great charm of her personality.
In fact, she was not pretty, and of course, the ordinary appearance did not make her sympathy and dislike even her own aunt.Others even thought she was easily despised and joking, so Miss Ingram looked contemptuous when she met Jane Eyre, for she was obviously more beautiful than an "ordinary and ugly governess."But as the little tutor said: " Do you think, because I am poor, nameless, ordinary, small, I have no soul, heartless? You think wrong!"This is the idea of equality in Jane Love.God did not give her beauty and wealth, but God gave her a good heart and a thoughtful mind. Her ideas of equality and self-esteem were so impressed that it made us feel the power in her body.
    简爱英文读后感(三)
I read Jane Eyre for the first time in eighth grade and then every few years. It's one of my favorite novels, and for me it's not just a Gothic romance, although that's how I might have defined it when I was 13. I was always struck by the roles of Jane and Mr Rochester, haunting in a way. Every time I meet them, they have new depth. their story is an old love story.
Charlotte Bront?’s first published novel, her most famous work, is a semi autobiographical coming of age story. Jane is Plain, poor, and lonely, but because of her strong independence and strong will, she has grown up to ignore society’s expectations of her. This is definitely feminist literature, published in the 1847, long before any feminist movement. Perhaps that’s one reason why the novel has had such a wide following since its release. It was also one of the first gothic romances to be published, defining the genre.
Jane Eyre, our narrator, was born in a poor family. Her parents died when she was very young, and the little girl was sent to Gateshead to live with her uncle and aunt Reed. Jane's uncle really cares about her and openly expresses his feelings, but Mrs. Reed seems to hate this orphan and neglect her, while she indulges and spoils her own children. This unfair treatment emphasizes Jane's status as an unwelcome outsider. She is often severely punished. Once, her annoying cousin Jack had a fight with her. Jane tried to protect herself, and ended up locked in the terrible \"red house\". Jane's uncle Reed died in this room not long ago, and Mrs Reed knows how afraid she is of this room. As Jane is the narrator, readers have a first-hand impression of the child's feelings and her high emotional state when she was imprisoned. In fact, she looks like a hysterical child, full of fear and anger. She repeatedly called her living conditions \"unfair\" and her heart was full of pain. When looking in the mirror, Jane saw her distorted image. She looked at her reflection and saw a \"strange little figure\", or a \"tiny phantom\". Jane hasn't learned to make her feelings obey her reason. Her passion still exploded unchecked. Her isolation in the red house is a premonition that she will be cut off from almost all the societies and communities later. This powerful and beautiful scene always moves me.
Madame Reid decided to send Jane to Lowwood School, a poor institution run by Mr.Brockhurst, who believed that suffering made great men.All children there are neglected except for mistakes. At Lowwood, Jane meets Helen Burns, a young woman slightly older than Jane, who guides her with vision, light and love with the rest of her life.So was Jane's need for love. This became apparent in the first friendship.Helen later dies of a fever and lies in Jane's arms.If more attention had been given to these young people, her illness and death could have been avoided.Jane lived in Lowood for ten years, was a student for eight years and a teacher for two years.Tired and frustrated by her surroundings, Jane applies for a governess position and takes a job in Thornfield. The mansion was owned by a gentleman named Edward Fairfax Rochester. Her job there was to teach his ward, a lovely little French girl, Adele. For a long time, the melancholy, mysterious Rochester confides in Jane and her.The two form an unlikely friendship, and eventually fall in love.Jane's need for love emerges once again, and so is her passionate nature. She flowers and fruits.Rochester is a gothic character, and Rochester and Jane have a heart full of true love and future happiness.Ironically, he brought all the pain of the past and the future to himself.
The situation at Thornfield was not as it seemed. There was a strange, ominous maid, Grace Poole, who lived and worked in an attic room. She was on her own, and few people saw her. From the beginning, however, Jane sensed the strange things that happened to everyone at night while they were sleeping. A seemingly unknown person made an intense attempt at Rochester's life and shouted. Jane wanted to know why no one was investigating Mrs. Poole. Then a stranger came to Thornfield and mysteriously disappeared beside Mr. Rochester. Late that night, Jane was invited to sit with the man, and the host asked the doctor for help. The man was badly hurt, bleeding and weak. he was in a bad mood when he took the long bus first thing in the morning. Jane's question was not answered directly. This visit will have serious consequences for all concerned. An explosive secret would destroy all of Jane's and Rochester's happiness plans. Jane, will face poverty and isolation again.
The heroine of Charlotte Bront?, Jane Eyre, may not be beautiful or rich, but she has a fire spirit, full of integrity and independence of character, despite all the oppression in her life, this character has never weakened. In Jane Eyre, Ms. Bront? family highlights the relationship between men and women in the middle of the 19th century, the equality of women, the treatment of children and women, religious beliefs and hypocrisy(and the difference between them) , self-realization, the nature of love and passion, and so on. This is a novel full of Romance, Mystery and passion. It was immediately startlingly fresh, a snapshot of The Times. Ms. Bront? family will make your heart race, your pulse race, and your eyes fill with tears.
